The Cavaliers will continue to compete today starting with senior Maureen Laffan in the women’s hammer throw at 4:00pm and culminating with senior Catherine White running in the women’s 10,000 meters at 9:45 pm. White already has a sixth place finish in the event from 2009. Other Cavaliers slated to run on Thursday include juniors Bret Johnson and Patrick Todd in the men’s 1500 semifinal and junior Morgane Gay in the women’s 1500 meters semifinal. Gay is hoping to improve on last year’s seventh-place finish after a strong performance this season. The final races will be run on Saturday at 12:17pm and 12:28pm, respectively.

Friday will see seniors Vincenzo Chiariello in the men’s hammer and Marcus Robinson in the triple jump. Redshirt freshmen Chelsea Ley and Kathleen Stevens will compete in the women’s 5,000 meters final.

All events will be streamed live online on ESPN3.com. On Saturday, all races will also be televised on ESPN U starting at 12:00pm.
