Two suspects have been arrested in response to shots fired on April 25, 2012 at 11:15PM in Premier Circle. 20 year old, Davain Turner of Charlottesville was charged for shooting a firearm out of a vehicle and Jaquan Rafaly, also 20 years of age, of Charlottesville was charged with shooting from a vehicle as well as using a firearm after being convicted of a felony. They are both being held in the Albemarle/Charlottesville Regional Jail without bond. No injuries were reported.
