On a chilly Halloween evening, Charlottesville families and University of Virginia students gathered for an annual event called Trick or Treating on the Lawn. A tradition since the 1980s, student organizations fill the 54 lawn rooms to hand out candy to eager trick-or-treaters from the Charlottesville area.
